Rhiannon Kelsall is the founder of Alpha Animal Physiotherapy Ltd, providing physiotherapy, rehabilitation and maintenance services for both equine and canine patients. Rhiannon holds an undergraduate degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree in Equine Performance, Health and Welfare. She works closely with veterinary surgeons and allied professionals to support recovery, performance and long-term musculoskeletal health across both species. Her canine caseload includes post-operative rehabilitation, osteoarthritis management, mobility support and maintenance therapy for active and working dogs. She focuses on practical, owner-led exercise programmes to support function, comfort and quality of life at home. Alongside physiotherapy, Rhiannon offers a specialist hoof boot fitting service, supporting horses transitioning from shoeing, managing hoof sensitivity or requiring additional comfort during rehabilitation. She has a particular interest in complex cases and heavy horse breeds, adapting rehabilitation and hoof support strategies to suit the individual horse.
